I am highly frustrated and disappointed as I ordered food through Paytm ONDC, but despite deducting the payment, I have not received any order confirmation or updates. This is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution and an explanation for this issue. Please provide an update on my order or refund the deducted amount promptly.
