I’ve made a payment on puma’s official website for the shoes named Scuderia Ferrari Neo Cat Mid Top Motorsport Unisex Shoes. Payment was made through Amazon pay. After the payment is successful i got redirected to the cart page of Amazon and i didn’t received any order confirmation or order confirmation email. Sir i am concerned about the payment i made.. I’ve reached out to the customer care in their toll free number but no call is picked up. I am attaching the payment receipt for your reference. Kindly resolve my issue
