I had ordered a table desk lamp on 22nd January 2026 through the CRED app through an offer that gives a table lamp for 199 rupees. I had completed the payment, and the amount was deducted, however, the order was not confirmed on the website. I was unable to login again and the page just closed. I have sent email at their support email “support@mansaa.io”, but i didn’t any acknoledgement or response. Also, they have provided a contact number of 9971745757 that also doesn’t work and that number doesn’t exist. I also found another whatsapp number of their business, 8810378399 and there also, it was just sending me robotic messages and nobody was there to support me. Pathetic support and it looks like they just looted my money and didn’t even deliver the product or give option for refund.
