I am writing to report an issue regarding my recent order on JioMart, placed on 19th June 2025 under the Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
When the delivery agent arrived, I requested to make the payment via UPI using Google Pay. He shared the QR code, and I completed the payment. The amount was debited from my account, but it showed “processing” on the agent’s end. Since the payment was not reflecting on his side, he cancelled the order and took the item back.
However, later that night, I received confirmation from Google Pay that the payment was successfully completed and credited to JioMart.
At that time, I contacted your support team and was informed that the amount would be automatically refunded if the order was cancelled.
Unfortunately, even after several days, no refund has been processed, and now when I contacted customer care again, they are saying that JioMart has not received the payment, which is very confusing and concerning.
Therefore, I am now formally requesting your help to investigate this issue. Either the product should be re-delivered, or my payment should be refunded.
