I have purchase 5 movie ticket on the date of 18.06.2018.paytm deduct the my amount of rupees 638.after deduction of payment paytm not confirm my movie ticket .
When i complaint against my refund to paytm then paytm not give me satified reply or not refund my money…after 18june i send daily basis reminder to paytm but that company not refund my money..
When i cal to paytm customer care that computer generated cal not connect my cal to customer care team.
On behalf of paytm reputation i believe that company but that compnay done a fraud with me.
Pls take a strict action about such type of fraud and give the order to refund my money with panalty
