That i am the owner of M/S Kalka Tyres and operating the business of tyres since the past many years. On 16/08/2022 one customer approached me and made a purchase of tyres worth of Rs. 12,000/-. At that time the payment in my Bharatpe machine was showing as pending. The customer’s account in HDFC Bank at HDFC Greenfield branch faridabad haryana
The customer gave me a confirmation that the aforementioned amount has been debited from his account.
Thereafter i contacted the customer care of Bharat pe and informed that the amount was not credited to my current account with Federal Bank.
I have made several calls to my bank and to Bharatpe but to no avail. Everytime i am getting the same reply from them stating that i should ask the customer itself to contact and coordinate with his bank in accordance to the transaction.
bharat pe not cooperating and my amount has been stuck for the past more than 40 days.
Kindly help with the same
