About 10 mins prior to this complaint I placed an order on Uniqlo app for T shirt. I made payment via net banking and payment of Rs. 1240/- has been debited by my bank, Indian Bank. At the time of payment, it showed transaction payment successful. But neither have I have received mail confirmation of order from Uniqlo nor is it showing ony order history on the app. If the payment has not been transferred to uniqlo, the same may be returned to my bank account.
Kindly revert on the status of ky payment of Rs. 1240/-
