I was booking IPL final tickets from Paytm insider and for which I used my HDFC Debit card to make the payment, the payment got failed but amount of 2647.5 rupees was debited from my account, i contacted Paytm through their helpline number, the executive is saying that “Paytm insider” is not under their control and they can’t help me, i have to mail Paytm insider, i had send them mail multiple times, they are not giving any kind of appropriate response and at the end i am unable to get my refund, shame on you Paytm, Paytm insider
