I made a payment viDe my card for purchase of Sony Bluetooth speaker n earpods and a payment was deducted by payumn Diyanshu Jain videI’d no 321355695 dated 14/5/2020 for Rs 999 and a confirmation was received that the payment is successful and the payment is credited to the vendor Mobylstore.com and not receiving the same on complaint was lodged to payumn and a reply was received that the vendor is being contacted n I will be informed but now repeted complaint to payumn n Mobylstore.com no one is replying and this is a complete case of fraud

We would like to inform you that the refund has been processed against the Payment ID: 321355695 on 17-06-2020 and the same should get credited into the source account within 5 to 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
Please note the Bank ARN for the refund is- 74678440170000001939923
Kindly contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not credited to the account within the mentioned time
