Text of Complaint by Amit Kumar:

I requested for a airtel broadband connection and made payment (txn id: 91785841) on 17th Sep 2020. But I have not got the connection yet, the airtel executive Ritik Verma and his TSM not providing any solution on same. I have emailed several times on customer care and nodal officer but no satisfactory reply.
Airtel staff is only misleading  and making false commitment without providing any solution. I have booked airtel service for the first time and their service is disgusting.
I want an action need to be taken against these irresponsible staff and a refund of my amount.
