I recharged to my number in Airtel thanks app for 598 for 84 days. I had 40 rupees cash back and I had 25 rupees in my wallet so 533 rupees was deducted from my bank account however the pack was not activated . The amount was also not refunded. Later I again recharged for 589 pack.. again 533 rupees was deducted.. and that pack was activated. However still I didn’t recieve first 533 amount yet. Please do the needful.
