I had a EMI due on 1st Sep of amount rs.6102 and which was supposed to be deducted from bank account via auto debit but instead they sent me a text message to pay manually so I paid the amount manually and after some time the same amount was deducted from my bank account via auto debit. They do not have any custome care support, no responses on calls, emails, dms. This is the worst app I’ve ever seen and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
