Hi sir,
I purchesed some products from flipkart, i ordered 2 quantity they send me only one quantity of the product when am asking for refund they block my flipkart account so am not able to login as well as am not able to pay the due amount 8 months are over now its effect on my cibil score i called flipkart customercare nearly 100 times am ready to pay the due amount please provide me proper solution for this issue, i didnt pay the due amont on time because they block my account and they didnt refund my amount thats the main reason i didnt pay the due amount on time, now i am requesting them to i will pay the amount its effect on my cibil score i fedup with them so i am here to file complaint i have voice recordings as well as screenshots of customer care emails
