Text of Complaint by Along Tatak:

It has been more than 20 days since there’s hardly any network and yet I have to pay my bill on the required time. So far I have been clearing my bills faithfully and now when I requested to port my number to prepaid, I have been told to pay my bills in advance for the month of May when I haven’t used the service.
