Many people are suffering with these Payday loans. Their high interest rates and and coercive recovery tactics. People falling in debt trap unknowingly. Did not to mention specifically one payday loan company. All are following same same methods of recovery. These payday loan companies are operating from National capital Region.
Calling references like friends, family and relatives and disclosing all loan details and informing about the loan. Here they will call the contacts whom we never shared with them.
Using abusive language in whats app to recover money.
Calling frequently in a day irrespective of time through whats up or normal call.
Sending mails to office Hr/CEO and other office representatives mentioning the loan and our intention of repayment(Although after explaining the situation and asking time).
Extracting contact details of company representatives from Social media and calling them for repayment.
