A Paytm postpaid fraud call was received by me and without my permission, they deposit some amount and deducted the same within a minute Regarding this, I already tried many times and there were no options for my query in the Paytm portal called the customer care at the same time to stop the transactions but they told me prepaid is different and post-paid is different. In that urge, time showed me negligence to take my complaints. meantime all the fraudulent transactions happened without my concern..??

Suddenly my postpaid account was activated and 58000 was credited at the same time within 15 min someone used that amount and I received the statement that I have to pay for that amount someone used without my concern. I got sick and lost my trust in the Paytm app for many years a valuable customer for them.

I have raised the complaint from the postpaid portal as per the guidelines but no response from them so far..?????? attached is the screenshot FYI.

I already made the complaint at a nearby cyber crime station and attached the details.

I need the justification for this and because of this issue happened I was sick mentally and have a lot of health issues.
