DEAR TEAM,
I have call to Paytm customer care : 01133996699 ,There responds to that call in different lang and transfer call to different agent ,if i asked for prefer language Hindi,English but there not responds to that also,i also informed that i will escalated after also there are not afraid to take call in this manner.
This is way Paytm employees and company treats there customer in this manner .I request you to take action on serious on this.
