I have mentioned all the details that due to Flipkart not updated payment details to idfc so idfc is continuously showing in my CIBIL report that amount of rs 3196 is due due to pay later from Flipkart. Also they have shared me in a written mail that still the amount is not received from Flipkart. Why you guys are playing with customers? After attaching cibil report and mail confirmation from idfc still you have not updated any status. Every time I am sharing my alternate mobile number but you are not calling me on that number . This is happening again and again. What kind of clarification do you want from side?. Just a simple thing you update the payment status to IDFC that there is no due pending from my side so that idfc can update the same to cibil. Again I am attaching cibil report and mail received from idfc for reference.
