Hi team
My name is Abhimanyu Singh, and my Flipkart pay later has been blocked, so I connected with Flipkart earlier they were saying that it was blocked from lending partner.. now lending partner have responded in written that it was active from their end, it’s blocked from merchant. So I tried to send that response to cs@flipkart.com and cs@nct.flipkart.com but I am unable to send that response over email. So again I connected with Flipkart executive name pinky said that will escalate this issue.. but it was again resolved..
So just want know , to whom now I have to reach for the resolution. I am fed up with the Flipkart team response.
Now I want some strict action on this.
