I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the recent blocking of my Flipkart Pay Later account without any apparent reason.

As a loyal Plus member of Flipkart for the past 4 to 5 years, I have always maintained a good track record of timely payments. My bill for this month was generated on October 1st, with a due date of October 5th. However, I made the payment well before the due date as I have consistently done in the past.

The sudden blockage of my Pay Later account has taken me by surprise and has caused a great deal of inconvenience. I rely on this account for my shopping needs, and its sudden unavailability has disrupted my shopping experience.

I kindly request you to investigate this matter urgently and provide me with an explanation for the account blockage. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could inform me of the expected resolution time. As a loyal customer, I believe that transparency and prompt resolution of such issues are essential for maintaining trust.

If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily and promptly, I may have no choice but to explore legal avenues, including filing a complaint with the consumer court.

I trust that Flipkart values its customers and their loyalty, and I hope for a swift and amicable resolution to this issue.
