I AM WRITING TO GET THE COMPLAINT FILED AS I HAD TO WASET ME MONEY ON A NEW BROAD BAND CONNECTIONS WHEN AIRTEL WAS SUPPOSE TO GET MY EXISTING CONNECTION RELOACTED IN A DAY TIME BUT RATHER THEN THAT I WAS HARRESED AS I HAD TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICES AGAIN AND AGAIN AND ALSO THE TECH WHO WAS ASSIGNED WAS VERY RUDE AND TRIED TO TAKE MONEY FROM ME FOR A NEW CONNECTION I AM REALLY ANNOYED AND I WANT MY COMPENSATION FOR THE AMOUNT THAT I PAID FOR A NEW CONNECTION AS I HAD NO OPTION WITH WORK FROM HOME
