I have requested for amount to be transferred from old DSL I’d to new DSL I’d at first request was accepted and approved however amount was not transferred and I asked them to not discontinue the services however still services got disconnected on 16th March i asked them to activate the services for which they gave me 2 hours TAT however issue was not resolved after that a false commitment was given that my internet will be activated in 24 hours however today they told neither internet can be activated nor money can be transferred
