I ordered on 16th, after reading their much publicized adv , but haven’t received the delivery yet. Every day at 12 am they keep on changing the date of delivery and advance it by one day.
Worst thing is , neither do they revert on mail , nor a call to their call centre no acknowledged and answered.
There is an IVR recording which says , ” your call may be recorded for audit and training purpose ” what a joke. For the above to happen , first the call is to be answered ?.
Irony is :- Jio is into selling internet and voice packs.
People who cannot set their house in order , want others to experience their product.
Amazon you rock , Flipkart you rock.
There are challenges sometimes at your end as well, but u have an excellent setup, where your backend team is always in place to atleast respond to customer grievances.
People tend to forget , Selling grocery is not as easy as working in petrol pump and making an empire on people’s money.
They take prepaid orders , boast of providing best deals ,( inspite of their heart knowing the fact , they won’t be able to deliver.) . This gives rise to prospect of using people’s money for rotation purpose of thier other business houses.
I have deliberately not cancelled the order , inspite of having to spend more than I saved ,by purchasing on ther portal, just to see, how low can they go , to use people’s money and leave them in lurch.
I am not sure about other 125 crore indian brother and sisters , but I surely shall try to avoid using any of products endorsed by the parent company in future.
