Text of Complaint by Badal Kumar:

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I ordered a jacket but received a completely different jacket, but Puma is not giving a refund, they say we have shipped the correct product, but if they do so, how I received different product? As per Central Consumer Protection Act 2019, Even if you shipped the correct product but consumer has not received correct product it’s your duty to give refund if asked by consumer and there are many decisions of consumer forums of similar types of cases, which results fines & penalties to e-commerce platforms.

This caused me mental agony.

So, Kindly issue my refund or I have to go consumer forum for protection of my consumer rights.
