I have ordered a shoe Nike Revolution 5 amount-3695

However I received Nike Revolution 4 product as well as when I placed return request my account was blocked and nobody bothered to look after my request this is how Flipkart is stealing money from the customer????
If this is the case then I will also take the same to the consumer court being a lawyer I know customer’s rights very well this is my right specially when customer is paying for something and getting something else this is clearly cheating Flipkart is doing . So better I should use Amazon,Myntra and other e-commerce platforms.
Flipkart is stealing money and deleting customer’s account Is this a joke ??? Customer is not a dumb , I want my money back or I want the original product delivered also the compensation for mental harassment and misbehaving Flipkart team with me from so many days.
