Many times i have ordered something from Swiggy and around half an hour later I get a call from Swiggy saying the restaurant is no longer serving the ordered dish.
Common… This is not a customer’s problem.
It has happened earlier when I placed an order from home where I was sick and around 40 mins later placing the order I got a call that my order will be cancelled as the delivery partner was closed.
Why a customer is being suffered because of a communication issues between Swiggy and Food partner.
I had no other option than asking my colleague to bring dinner for me.
