The Smart point near Kathriguppe doesn’t follow proper system for billing. Whenever the bill is generated it has issues in prices on products and price on bill. The machine always create wrong bill due to the scanner issues. Today is the 4th time this has happened.
Additionally many items in display do not have price tag or discounted price tag. When asking the employees they say different price in product aisle and different price at the billing counter.
The staff is always rude, ignorant and does not resolve the issues as if we work for them and bot vice-versa. I have complained about this to the manager Deepak many times.
