Until 9th November things were ok. 10th November had to wait 45-50mins to get glass and ice bucket. Had to call thrice for it. Ordered cottage cheese which was vry hard and not at all fresh and tender how it is at an good place that’s around your property but I couldn’t complain as I was in middle of the party and only option available for a vegetarian at the midnight menu. No serving spoons or Dinner spoons were provided even after asking about it. 11th I took an upgrade thinking of as I complained about the service thier might be some improvement but it was all on deaf ears. Took a presidential suite where I asked for a rob but it took 1 hour to get it after struggling with 3 calls to operator and one to manager. Agn at dinner time only 1 spoon is provided to have and serve dinner for 2 same happened wit lunch. THERE R COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM. I CAN SHARE VIDEO. Seriously cockroaches in the Presidential Suite . I almost spent 60k+ in days but not worth it. Hyatt Regency Pune is not recommended.
