ORDER NUMBER /OD327549659556214100/PATHETIC SERVICE

Dear Team,
I have booked mobile two time and your delivery boy is giving fake update to me. When i booked first time i have not received shipment on time and i again booked same shipment and again he is giving fake update.
I have booked shipment with replacement of mobile and mobile body littlie bit damage and same i update at the time of booking and select damage option also but delivery boy is not accepting this option and as well he is talking very rudely. and saying that tere ko jo karna hai ker le or kise ko bhi complaint ker de. If i am getting this type response from your side then ill never use flipkart. and i am going to complaint with consumer forum also.
