Hello Team,
I had an encounter with a very ligament and pathetic service from Airtel in terms of the network can voice call issue.
Due to this, I had ported my number from airtel to Jio, however, I had requested to void my bill for the month of May
Apparently, after the number was ported the airtel telecom start putting pressure and made me pay the bill saying that my service will be interpreted from the jio end as well.
Unfortunately, I end up with loss, and no benefit was been provided to me.
Hence I request you to help me to get the paid bill credit back to me since the issue has pertained to the airtel company.
