Text of Complaint by Sajid Ahmad Bhat:

I booked a air India international ticket on paytm. Unfortunately, due to incorrect information given to me, I booked ticket with incorrect name format. Then airline told me the procedure, how to correct it. But they advised me, I have to do this through paytm as my ticket was booked through them. I did that. Now it has been more than 9 days. I haven’t received any response from paytm despite of calling them every day regarding the same issue. I really feeling helpless right now. Plz do something about it.
