I am Abhinay Gupta and I am a valuable customer of Vodafone from the last 4-5 Years. But still, I have been facing network-related issues at my residence in Noida sector-52. I have filed several complaints, dropped 30-40 mails to appellate authority Vodafone, Delhi, But no one is even bothered to help me out. Every month I have to pay an extra bill amount, due to unnecessary value-added services levied to my number. In one of the verbal discussions with appellate authority personnel ” Mohammed Shoeb”, on Aug.28th 2020, he committed to me that if even within the next 24 hrs my services are not restored then I won’t have to pay a single penny against the bill. But till date my services are not restored from Vodafone and I have been following them up from last 1 month. An RF Engineer named ” Ankit Bhardwaj” visited me on Sep.9th 2020 and he confirmed that yes at my residence there is a poor network for 2G/3G/4G , voice, and data. Here I am attaching the proof of poor network at my place.
