When i purchased Airtel postpaid, my network was very good (both calling and internet) but later now its so pathetic that I cant even browse any webpage or can have a drop free calls. For the information the SIM is 4G, phone is 4G + LTE and i am staying to same place, no change.
I have raised this issue so many times to airtel team but no proper response from them. After multiple complains, I got to hear that the load on tower is increased due to which all this problem.
So my question is if that is the case then for what are you charging me a 4G price. Why should i pay you that bill for which i am not getting the service!!!
