We stayed at Hotel Rockland CR park, Delhi when we came to run Delhi Marathon. The hotel services were so pathetic that small stuffy room was given and AC was non functioning!! Even hot water was not available early in Morning. And we were charged for full facilities. The manager had no time to reply!!
