Dear Vodafone Idea,
I am highlight disappointed by the way you are operating and charging high amount by faulty practice.
I have been facing a lot of issues on my number 9819885872, because you have been charging me mobile data charges for subsequent 2 months and I am very unhappy with such inefficient service.

Respond on Complaint No 01 : Hello! Reversal of Rs.475.22 is processed against the service request number 4-122685143779. It will reflect in your forthcoming bill. Thank you
Complaint No. 02: Hello! Your Bill Investigation related request dated 27-Sep-2021 07:29:11 PM with reference number C004-123152211340 is registered. Your request will be processed by 30-Sep-2021 06:00:00 PM.
NO Resolution – Plus I am told that I always had 1 GB data plan in my mobile bill. Whereas for last few months bill (attached), please check that I am using data more than 1GB but never charged in past but now you have been failing to resolve.
Bill Period : 25.04.21 to 24.05.21 – Internet Usage 3889190 And NO data charges
Bill Period : 25.06.21 to 24.07.21 – Internet Usage 2186820 And NO data charges
Now since last month, I am told that anything over 1GB is chargeable, Like Seriously ?????? You change plan, change GB, levy charges and have the audacity to say this is always the plan.
I need reversal of my Rs. 500 additional mobile data charges levied on my bill generated this week and I don’t want this problem to persist every month and then get on calls/ emails to waste time.
Need an urgent and immediate action
