I have ordered from swiggy a few times, and 2 out of 3 times the order was incorrect. What i ordered and what i got was totally different and disappointing. The customer service will use a tactic of useless chatbot which will close the chat and send it to email support. There they will say sorry can’t refund u , there is no mistake in the order. Just delete swiggy in masses and let it suffer. They don’t care about the customer.
