Text of Complaint by Abhishek Pattnaik:

I Abhishek Pattnaik a plus member of Flipkart want to express my grievance against the kind of service I have received from past few orders. I being a regular customer of Flipkart didn’t expect such service and utterly disappointed with the approach of solving my issue by Flipkart. There is absolutely no satisfactory resolution from customer care.

This is regarding my previous order for Iphone 12 (order ID- OD222997247455155000), It was not delivered to me on the committed date and why I have raised the issue the date of delivery has shifted to 4 days later and now it has again shifted to more 5 days. The same thing had happened during my previous order for Poco X3 Pro (Order Id-OD222425212025938000), that time I was told there is a technical glitch for which it got delayed, and assured me it wont happen again. But it has happened once again and I am suffering.
Customer care is not taking any action to resolve my issue.
