Since I have faced this problem i want to make everyone aware of the fact that pepperfry want their customers to totally rely on the picture of the website and buy the product because once you receive the product and it will not fulfill your expectation there is no chance they will entertain your return or exchange.
in todays time when more than half of the population is buying online pepperfry doesn’t provide customers a chance to return or exchange the product in case the customer doesn’t like the quality of the product when compared to the wedsite picture .
i bought 1 cushion cover set ,1 3 seater sofa cover and 2 seater sofa cover set from pepperfry and upon the receipt i doesn’t like the quality of the products compared to the pictures on the website.
when i purchased the products a 7 day return policy was mentioned on the website ,but when i made a return within 24 hours of receipt they decline the same saying we don’t entertain quality and look flaws
only if the product is damaged we will replace or return it.
Basically pepperfry wants their customer to keep whatever they ordered at once bcoz further THEY WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY RETURN AND EXCHANGE.
