Hi,
I have ordered Apple iPhone 11 from Amazon. The product came for delivery and i couldn’t pick it on that day. The customer doesn’t have any options to contact the delivery department. During out for delivery Amazon has provided one number on that call doesn’t get connect.
Since the first day i couldn’t collect the delivery i have informed the delivery agent to deliver it on next day. But after that the delivery didn’t came for next 4 days.. After contacting Amazon multiple times also there was no response from Amzon customer service team. I have informed them that i will collect delivery by my self. Amzon is not having any information regarding the packages current location and the delivery centre.
The only input i was getting from Amazon team was to wait.. They were not able to provide correct information why the product has delayed or where is the package currently.
After the expiry of package delivery date Amzon team has rescheduled the delivery date without my permission and they were again informing me to wait..
I have waited 4 days without any updates and finally cancelled the order due to frustration.. the mental stress i have undergone is huge.
