Text of Complaint by Sayyed Fizza Rizvi:

Dear Sir,

i have taken a monthly package of tata sky, earlier I used to take semi annual packages, since the new law of selected channels applied, they stopped showing packages and I have to select from list randomly. Now my month cycle which supposed to finish by June 2nd, they started harassing me to pick packages for next cycle, when I logged into my account I saw the package option, when you explore that option you can check their are channels displayed in sequence which is on the display. Once the sequence get over, you will see the same channel published twice to make people feel, they are selecting more channels whereas the number of channels are few.

I called up in their call centre and they said, no sir you will get only one channel, just ignore the multiple display sequence. When I selected the package and try to complete the transaction it shows error and my selected channel package is not completed even though my active package got deleted and according to them new trai rules we charge you on daily basis that’s the reason when you select other package your current package deleted even though if the transaction is not gone through you should try by phone app, after several try neither it is happening from laptop and neither it is happening from mobile app.

1. If you are charging on daily basis, why don’t you show the rate, you always show monthly rate?

2. If I am applying for next month cycle, why it is effecting to my current month package?

3. If your staff cannot help customer to choose the package neither they can help to select the package and they don’t even listen to your customer what exactly the issue is and keep repeating the same sentence to try again or go to dealer ( which is new) what type of customer service you provide?

4. Why should I suffer if your system is not working properly?

5. Why you display sequence list of the channel in multiple form again and again?
