ORD285749282, The order was supposed to be delivered between 10am and 6pm. The delivery agent named Nilotpal Patowary, went away from my location without delivering the order. Then on asking he said that it will take 3 more hours and the instance is of around 4 pm. The customer service agent are continuously assuring that the order will be delivered by 6pm. The same thing happened with the same delivery agent previously ORD336252185 when the order was supposed to be delivered by 6pm but was delivered after 8pm. Strict action needs to be taken against the delivery agent and customer service agent.
