I am chasing Vodafone in possible ways for updating my address for communication. I am postpaid customer having corporate connection where Vodafone specially chased us out in our office premises for their services.
They did all kind of verification with all possible documents e.g. PAN/Aadhar/Employment etc.
I purchased a flat and wanted address to be updated with the help of my flat Registry.
They don’t understand such simple request and keeps on making excused with multiple mails.
They are just irrelevant and shown the incompetency of the staff. The staff even don’t understand that they even won’t be able to tolerate such poor management if they face this situation.
In today’s world when everything is linked, why doing address update is such a lengthy process taking more than 2 weeks with no concrete result.
Even their appellate service is not better than this. They don’t even bother to read mails.
