Hello team
This is regarding ticket we raised regarding broadband no internet issue they have placed Ivr while calling to customer care no one picks up the call and ticket will be raised but it will automatically get closed without even giving service to customers. As the situation of covid we have only option to work from home if there would be no wifi how would we work.
Please understand because our managers won’t wait for 2-3 days for our wifi issue to be resolved right.
I know there is an limited staff in airtel customer care but atleast they shouldn’t close the ticket without even informing .
