I received notifications from the channel (Mumbai Custom Shop) stating that high end mobile phones,laptops, TVs and camera are for sale at very cheap rates. I initially monitored the activities and trusted it was true in delivering products as the guy Sunil Kumar was saying that he is the assistant of Shri Govind Kumar Garg(Joint Commissioner of Custom, Import department). He said that the product will be delivered by April 30th. Later, after making the payment found out that it was a scam and fraud happened as the guy blocked my number when I asked for the tracking details. But the channel is a one way communication so nobody is able to reply back to the group. I have the below numbers through which he has asked payment from all customers and it seemed that he used one unique mobile number for each day. I have taken those numbers which are found in Truecaller through the screenshot of the payment made by customers in that channel which are given below:
I called to all of these numbers but all were switched off. Later in few days, the channel itself got deleted and all chats were cleared. Please consider this complaint seriously as there are so many people sending out their money and take the best legal action against them.
