Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind attention the amount of distress amd agony that I had to go through , calling the Airtel Customer care, to request them to look into my connection and the ongoing issue with Upload speed. The issue was brought to the attention on September 30,2020( SR 122629490) and ever since till date, there were no technician or supervisors who ever able to resolve my issue. The service has not only deteriorated over the years, bit I was taken back when the ticket was closed 3 times without addressing the issue once for all. Each time the SR was reopened again and even after a lot of follows and escalations the issue is pending to be resolved.

No one from Airtel is willing to coordinate with the right teams internally and taking steps for a resolution. I am very much in need to restore my connection as i am heavily dependent on the internet connection due to my work that i should so on a daily basis. The same internet line is also used by my kids to attend online classes and without a working connection, they are not able to attend their online classes.

I have also tried to bring this matter to the kind notice of Airtels escalation team, nodal officers, [email protected] etc, but there has not been any progress towards resolution.

I wish to raise a complaint in the consumer court so that justice is given to me in resolving the issue and also to waive off the monthly charges for September and October 2020 as a compensation for the service interruptions.
