I ordered 3 luggage with Amazon for Rs : 11249/= on 6th May ( ORDER # 404-7454397-6893928)
I received tampered box having only 2 bags and one was missing on 10th May
I made several calls to Amazon Customer service to resolve this.
On 14th they created return with schedule pickup date on 15th.
On 15th Delivery pick boy ( Phone : 9974278679) cancelled this pickup from his end and gave the reason customer cancelled the pick up. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG and LIE by the pickup person. I tried to call him many times to know why he did this, but he never picked my phone. I again Called Amazon and they now provided me pickup date of 18th…..!!!! They are just passing the time and I have repeatedly requested them that my daughter is leaving on 18th and this is for her. But there is no one to help. Please help to get my refund.
