Hello,

I’d like to file an official complaint against Myntra.

My gift order number 116072323334485278103 had two items, one was accepted for delivery and other item “sassafras camouflaged jacket” was rejected for delivery.

 

However, the package rejected was marked as delivered by delivery agent and not returned back to Myntra. I’ve complained with Myntra on the issue.

 

Myntra team has requested one week time to resolve the complain and it’s been more than a month I’ve got no help except run around and follow up.

 

I’ve provided all the details in my end for the team to investigate as the package was out for delivery from Dosarka(nearest delivery station) and also got delivered in Dosarka while the recipient address is of Sadhaura town.

The signature is not matching as recipient never signed package and rejected package.
Also, the proof of delivery has picture of it a letter not a signature….signed by somebody else than recipient.
