I ordered 1 HP Jaisinghani pump with control panel to be delivered to my friends address. Flipkart agent delivered a package which once opened had broken control panel without pump.

I have written to flipkart customer service executive & also made a refund request. Flipkart asked for ID to be uploaded & rejected refund without reasons
