I have ordered Voltas 1.2 Ton 5 Star BEE
Rating 2018 Inverter AC – White but received only out door unit and indoor unit was missing

When I raised complaint they are neither providing replacement nor giving refund. They have cancelled my request several times and ask me to raise new request. Courrier office says they have got only one item tahat thay have delivered. And voltas technician says its not their responsibility to inspect incomplete product delivered. Each time flipkart says raise new complait and trying to delay by not taking resposibility.
