Text of Complaint by Govind Bhushan Indu:

Please stop buying products from Amazon India. Once again they have repeated their pattern of misbehavior and customer harassment.
I had ordered a floor wiper for my home on 12 Jan 2022. They delivered it on the 17th. Even on seeing the package we had pointed out to the delivery guy that the rod was missing, he asked us to receive the package and then put up a complaint. We did that on initiated a replacement request on the same day. On 22 Jan, the new order came but after seeing that the previous product has a part missing (though the package hasn’t even been opened) he did not deliver the order, and same he hasn’t been instructed to do so, He gave us a contact number saying it was Amazon India’s customer care number. We called it as were assured that another package will be sent soon. Now neither the number is functional nor there is an option to register a complaint about a product that hasn’t been delivered since Jan 17, 2022.
